The Old and the Young

The old and the young
talk tongue to tongue
reveal a separation in their brain
one sees ease, the other want
who do you say
will get the raw
They suckle and they crumble
the path of the near
the way is far
but the sign is fear
Who will they know
when they see the end
a dim reflection
or a faceless friend
Can you see the how and where
easy to talk ‘n hard to bare
You, yourself from head to foot
a little alive but nowhere a lot
you can have my words
my sense to see
but you’ll never be there
alone with me
Say bi to me
and hye to you
